Grappa Riserva Prosecco is obtained following the ancient “bain-marie” discontinuous method from selected Glera marcs, then aged for at least 18 months in oak barrels.
This Grappa takes all the fresh characteristics of the Glera (Prosecco) grape and the delicate complexity of aging in wood. Alcohol content 40% by VOL.
