This selection comes from a small vineyard of only 0.97 hectares planted in 1980 on the Montello hill (50 km north of Venice) in the historic area of the Prosecco Superiore. Tasso is our only Glera vineyard planted using the “Ritocchino” system and due to this particular exposure it develops a very original structur and a bouquet that is not that usual in other vineyards of our area. The second fermentation follows the Martinotti method and takes place in an autoclave for a period of 180 days, using our indigenous yeasts that always offer an incredible bond between the wine and its terroir.
